    Hey there,

I recieved some 16mm plus-x as a gift today and realized I didnt specify what kind of perforation I needed, as a result i now have single and double perf film. I have a sound projector and am going to be receiving a Krasno-3 any day now. I believe both peices of equipment are intended to be used with single perf film. Is there any reason that double perf will not work? The sound function on my projector can be switched off, this would keep the sprocket holes from damaging the sound equipment right? I wouldnt imagine the sprocket holes would cause any problems as the film runs through the camera either, I would just like to make sure that this film wont cause me any problems.

Double perf 16 mm work well in either single perf cameras or sound projectors. Like you stated just turn off the sound head.
